In an age where an abundance of health and fitness information is right at our fingertips, it’s difficult to always know what advice is accurate. As home workouts are becoming increasingly popular, it’s important that high-quality exercise technique instruction and workouts using evidence-based programming strategies are available for a safer and more effective at-home exercise experience. This is where The Diabetes Resistance comes in. Using scientific evidence combined with position statements from prominent professional organizations such as the American Diabetes Association and the American College of Sports Medicine, we develop engaging and high-caliber educational, instructional, and workout videos for the exercise and diabetes communities.
