Which muscles do what and exercises to work them (muscle movements)

Basic working knowledge of major muscle group movements, planes of movement (sagittal, frontal, and transverse), and anatomical directional terms (flexion, extension, rotation, abduction, etc.) are foundational for designing a strength training program. This video is a crash course in muscle movement (anatomy & kinesiology) and exercise selection for targeting specific muscle groups.
