25 minute FULL BODY STRENGTH CHAIR workout for DIABETES

This is a full body dumbbell chair workout using exercises focused on strength training for people with diabetes, including type 2 diabetes. This chair workout and regular strength training can help reduce diabetes symptoms and improve a1c levels. This is a 25-minute full-body strength training workout, and it is recommended that you first watch the exercise and diabetes safety, abdominal bracing, lunges, chair squat, dumbbell press, wall push-up, and reverse flye videos posted below before beginning the workout. If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or arthritis, it is recommended that you also watch the exercise safety videos listed below related to these conditions, and possibly discuss exercise with your endocrinologist. Not just any fitness program will reduce type 2 diabetes symptoms, as it needs to follow evidence-based guidelines.
