Your BRAIN gave you DIABETES. (MENTAL HEALTH and DIABETES, their relationship and what to do)

Mental health and diabetes have a bidirectional relationship - they both seem to influence each other. This video covers how mental health conditions can increase the risk of developing diabetes, and how diabetes may contribute to new mental health challenges. Steps that friends, family members, and the people affected by these health conditions can take are also covered.
